Weather of Sydney

The weather of Sydney is somewhat oceanic climate because Sydney is adjacent to the Tasmanian sea. As you know, the weather is opposite to that of the northern hemisphere. Winter comes between May and July, and summer starts around November. The temperature of winter is not so cold that the heating system of house is not usuallly equipped. Hence, there is no snow in Sydney. When summer comes up, the sun is so strong that it is impossible to go out without sun-proof cream. The temperature rises approximately over 40 degree celsius. We are very accustomed to occasional rain showers, so it is necessary to prepare an umbrella to go out. Moderate coldness and great heat are the right words to represent the features of the weather of Sydney.
